Concrete Masonry Products: Citing this act as the “Concrete Masonry Products Research, Education, and Promotion Act”; creating the Florida Concrete Masonry Council, Inc.; authorizing the council to levy an assessment on the sale of concrete masonry units under certain circumstances; authorizing the council to submit a referendum to manufacturers of concrete masonry units for authorization to levy an assessment on the sale of concrete masonry units; authorizing the council to initiate legal action against a manufacturer under certain conditions, etc.
