Provides declaration of state policy regarding identification of chemicals of high concern; requires DOH, in consultation with other state agencies, to generate list of chemicals of high concern; provides requirements for review, revision, & publication of list; provides criteria for designation as chemical of high concern; authorizes department to participate in interstate clearinghouse regarding use of chemicals in consumer products.
