Public Food Service Establishment Inspections: Providing that the Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation inspect public food service establishments as often as necessary to ensure compliance; requiring a public food service establishment to post its current letter grade card, maintain a copy of its latest inspection report, and make the report available to the public upon request; authorizing an inspector to immediately close a public food service establishment under certain circumstances, etc.
