Requires law enforcement agency to collect & report certain information regarding use of deadly force to FDLE; specifies information to be collected & reported; requires FDLE to provide agency with standardized form for reporting information & to provide for electronic submission of information; specifies minimum retention period for information; requires FDLE, in consultation with specified associations, to develop & maintain database for retention of information.
