Reimbursement of Assessments: Prohibiting an agent or attorney representing a claimant from directly or indirectly requesting, receiving, or obtaining reimbursement from the claimant for assessments charged to the agent or attorney by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs; providing penalties, etc.
