HB 1261 (2018) -  Alcohol and Drug-Related Overdoses

Prohibits arresting, charging, prosecution, or penalizing under specified provisions of person acting in good faith who seeks medical assistance for himself, herself, or another individual experiencing, or believed to be experiencing, alcohol or drug-related overdose; prohibits such protection from being grounds for suppression of evidence in other criminal prosecutions.
