Providing that medical directors who use paramedics to administer medical countermeasures on patients pursuant to a certain protocol are liable for the acts and omissions of such paramedics under certain circumstances; revising the definition of the term “health promotion and wellness”; defining the term “medical countermeasures”; authorizing paramedics to administer medical countermeasures under certain circumstances, etc.
