Seagrass Restoration Technology Development Initiative: Establishing the Seagrass Restoration Technology Development Initiative within the Department of Environmental Protection; specifying allowable uses of the funding; requiring the creation of a 10-year Florida Seagrass Restoration Plan; requiring the initiative to submit an annual report by a specified date to the Governor, the Legislature, the Secretary of Environmental Protection, and the executive director of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission; establishing the Initiative Technology Advisory Council as part of the initiative, etc.
