SB 502 -  Human Trafficking

Requiring the employer at an athletic venue, an entertainment venue, or a convention center with a certain capacity to display a human trafficking public awareness sign in a conspicuous location that is clearly visible to the public and employees; defining the term “entertainment venue”; increasing the number of training hours in identifying and investigating human trafficking which each certified law enforcement officer must successfully complete as part of specified training, etc.
