SB 538 -  Traveling Across County Lines to Commit Criminal Offenses

Deleting the definition of the term “burglary”; providing for reclassification of grand theft or forcible felony offenses if the person who commits the offense travels with the intent to commit the offense in a county other than the person’s county of residence, etc.
