Sexual Misconduct Information in Public K-20 Education: Requires district school boards to provide certain information relating to Title IX & sexual misconduct complaints to students, parents, & school employees; requires FCS institutions & state universities to create sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, & stalking policy & comprehensive prevention & outreach program on sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, & stalking & provide certain information to students.
