delegates board duties & authority of DBPR to investigate & prosecute practice & unlicensed practice of architecture & interior design; requires board to contract with corporation or other business entity to provide legal, investigative, prosecutorial, & other services; authorizes board to use funds from unlicensed activity account to perform certain duties; requires that board submit annual budget to Legislature. Amends 481.205.
