Administrative Procedures Committee Review of Agency Rules:
Requires each agency to annually compile inventory of rules by certain date; requires Administrative Procedures Committee to advise & assist agencies in preparing certain inventories & in achieving certain rule reductions; requires staff director of committee to annually prepare certain historical report by certain date; requires staff director of committee to provide report to committee, publish report in certain manner, & transmit report electronically to Legislature.
