HB 1321 -  Formal Supervisory Relationships

Exempts certain medical offices from specified supervisory relationship requirements under certain circumstances; provides that supervising physician is not required to be physically present while supervising provision of laser hair removal services by certain health care practitioners; defines term "laser hair removal."
