HB 1357 -  Mental Health Education and Training

Requires all persons working in roles involving direct interaction with youth to undergo mental health education & training; provides requirements for education & training; requires DCF to establish & maintain dedicated spaces easily accessible to youth for dissemination of information & resources related to mental health; provides that department, in collaboration with relative agencies, is responsible for implementation & enforcement.
