SB 7050 -  Marijuana

by Health Policy
Prohibiting medical marijuana treatment centers from selling, delivering, or distributing marijuana with greater than a specified potency; providing an exception for edibles; prohibiting edibles for personal use from containing more than a specified amount of tetrahydrocannabinol or from having a potency variance greater than a specified percentage, etc.
Effective Date: 30 days after passage of an amendment to the State Constitution authorizing adult personal use of marijuana
