HB 45 (2003) -  Constitutional Compliance Assistance Program

Establishes the Constitutional Compliance Assistance Program to enable students to receive a scholarship to attend a private school; provides for the award of a scholarship if the constitutional mandate for class size is not met; provides requirements for scholarship and private school eligibility; specifies obligations of program participants; provides for calculation and payment of scholarships; provides for transmission of certain funds to school districts.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect July 1, 2003
