General Bill
Graduate Medical Education:
Revises provisions relating to "The Community Hospital Education Act"; provides intent to improve and maintain health care services through the availability of residency and internship programs; deletes the Community Hospital Education Council, the program for community hospital education, and the program of family practice residencies; establishes the Commission on Graduate Medical Education and provides duties; revises provisions relating to annual reporting on graduate medical education; provides duties of the Department of Health.
Effective Date:
This act shall take effect upon becoming a law
