Space-related Economic Growth : amends provisions re exemptions from public-records requirements & public-meetings requirements for Florida Commercial Space Finance Corporation; clarifies that corporation is subject to certain provisions which provide for confidentiality of certain information; provides that certain closed meetings of corporation's board of directors are confidential & exempt from public-meetings requirements, etc. Creates 331.421.
