General Bill by Criminal Justice and Cowin (CO-SPONSORS) Fasano
Mitigating Factors/Certain Offenses : provides that consent is not mitigating factor for certain sexual offenses if defendant is more than 5 years older than victim, unless court makes written finding supported by record that victim knowingly & intentionally deceived defendant about victim's actual age. Amends 921.0026.
