HB 367 (2003) -  The Service of Alcoholic Beverages to Minors

Prohibits the service of alcoholic beverages to any minor employed by a licenses alcoholic beverage vender; provides a first degree misdemeanor penalty for violations; names act after Jimmy Fugate.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect October 25, 2003
