16.535 Legal Services Trust Fund.—(1) There is created in the State Treasury the Legal Services Trust Fund to be used by the Attorney General in providing legal services to agencies on a contractual basis.
(2) State agencies contracting for legal services with the Department of Legal Affairs are authorized to make advance payments on a quarterly basis.
