105.09 Political activity in behalf of a candidate for judicial office limited.—(1) No political party or partisan political organization shall endorse, support, or assist any candidate in a campaign for election to judicial office.
(2) Any person who knowingly, in an individual capacity or as an officer of an organization, violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. History.—s. 9, ch. 71-49; s. 38, ch. 77-175; s. 635, ch. 95-147.
