273.09 Penalty.—Any custodian who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule prescribed pursuant to its authority shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 9, ch. 57-277; s. 157, ch. 71-136.
