373.0698 Creation and operation of basin boards; other laws superseded.—The provisions of ss. 373.0693-373.0697 shall govern the creation and operation of basin boards within any water management district, the provisions of any other general or special law to the contrary notwithstanding.History.—s. 5, ch. 84-341.
