394.924 Severability.—If any section, subsection, or provision of this part is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions of this part shall be unaffected because the Legislature declares that the provisions of this part are severable from each other.History.—s. 16, ch. 98-64; s. 19, ch. 99-222.
