397.6795 Transportation-assisted delivery of persons for emergency assessment.—An applicant for a person’s emergency admission, the person’s spouse or guardian, or a law enforcement officer may deliver a person named in the professional’s certificate for emergency admission to a hospital or a licensed detoxification facility or addictions receiving facility for emergency assessment and stabilization.History.—s. 6, ch. 93-39; s. 29, ch. 2016-241.
