397.6799 Disposition of minor upon completion of alternative involuntary assessment.—A minor who has been assessed pursuant to s. 397.6798 must, within the time specified, be released or referred for further voluntary or involuntary treatment, whichever is most appropriate to the needs of the minor.History.—s. 6, ch. 93-39; s. 33, ch. 2009-132.
