399.11 Penalties.—(1) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or the rules of the department is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. (2) Any person who falsely represents himself or herself as credentialed under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
