458.3255 Electronic-communications diagnostic-imaging or treatment services.—Only a physician licensed in this state or otherwise authorized to practice medicine in this state may order, from a person located outside this state, electronic-communications diagnostic-imaging or treatment services for a person located in this state.History.—s. 2, ch. 95-208.
