468.507 Authority to adopt rules.—The board has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this part and chapter 456 conferring duties upon it. The powers and duties of the board as set forth in this part shall in no way limit or interfere with the powers and duties of the board as set forth in chapter 458.
