617.1702 Application to qualified foreign corporations.—A foreign corporation authorized to conduct its affairs in this state on July 1, 1991, is subject to this act but is not required to obtain a new certificate of authority to conduct its affairs under this act.History.—s. 110, ch. 90-179.
