624.05 “Department,” “commission,” and “office” defined.—As used in the Insurance Code:(1) “Department” means the Department of Financial Services. The term does not mean the Financial Services Commission or any office of the Financial Services Commission.
(2) “Commission” means the Financial Services Commission.
(3) “Office” means the Office of Insurance Regulation of the Financial Services Commission.
