817.021 False information to obtain a seaport security identification card.—A person who willfully and knowingly provides false information in obtaining or attempting to obtain a seaport security identification card commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 7, ch. 2006-193.
