322.391 Failure of person charged with misdemeanor under this chapter to comply with court-ordered directives; suspension of license.—A person charged with the commission of a misdemeanor under this chapter who fails to comply with all of the directives of the court is subject to the provisions of s. 322.245.History.—s. 24, ch. 84-359.
