General Bill
Florida Retirement System :
Redefines the term "special risk member" for the purposes of the Florida Retirement System to include certain members employed by certain public acute care hospitals; revises criteria for membership in the Special Risk Class to include certain members employed by certain public acute care hospitals; provides a statement of important state interest.
Effective Date:
This act shall take effect July 1, 2003
