SB 436 (2004) -  Commercial Electronic Messages

prohibits person from transmitting commercial electronic mail message that uses third party's Internet domain name without permission or message that contains false or misleading information; prohibits person from transmitting unsolicited said message without use of characters "ADV:" in subject line or without providing mechanism allowing recipients to easily remove themselves from sender's electronic mailing address list at no cost, etc.
