SB 1084 (2004) -  Unsolicited Bulk Electronic Mail

prohibits fraudulent use of computer or computer network to transmit such mail; prohibits sale, distribution, or possession of software designed to facilitate falsification of information concerning transmission of electronic mail; provides criminal penalties; provides enhanced penalties based on volume of electronic mail transmitted or amount of revenue generated in violation of act.
