HB 685 (2004) -  School District and Charter School Employees and Contractors

Requires instructional and noninstructional personnel who are hired or contracted to fill positions in a charter school and members of the governing board of a charter school to file fingerprints with the district school board of the school district within which the charter school is located; provides that contractors shall have the same probationary status as employees; provides duties of the Department of Law Enforcement with respect to retention of fingerprints submitted.
