HB 1295 (2004) -  Educational and Financial Accountability for Scholarship Programs

Provides additional obligations of nonprofit scholarship-funding organizations that provide scholarships from contributions for which a tax credit is given; provides additional obligations of nonpublic schools at which such scholarships may be used; provides additional requirements for private school eligibility for participation in the Opportunity Scholarship Program and the John M. McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program.
