SB 666 (2005) -  Alcoholic Beverages/Surcharges & Tax

eliminates surcharge imposed on sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises; provides for future expiration of provisions governing imposition of surcharge; requires that portion of proceeds from certain excise taxes on alcoholic beverages be deposited into Children & Adolescents Substance Abuse TF within CFS Dept.; amends provisions re Alcoholic Beverage & Tobacco TF to conform provisions to changes made by act. Amends Ch. 561.
