SB 1658 (2005) -  Alcoholic Beverages/Taxation

deletes provisions crediting specified taxes on alcoholic beverages to accounts funding substance abuse programs for children & adolescents; terminates Children & Adolescence Substance Abuse TF within DCFS; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust funds; repeals provisions re surcharge on alcoholic beverages sold for consumption on premises, etc. Amends 561.121, 215.20; repeals 561.501(1),.501,.121(4).
