HB 1111 (2005) -  Immunization of Children

Exempts children in child care centers and K-12 public or private schools from immunization requirements upon written request by a parent; provides for rules to allow exceptions to the requirement that the child of an applicant for temporary family assistance receive certain immunizations; restricts the use of vaccines containing thimerosal or mercury.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law.
