Distribution of Tax Proceeds: Deletes provisions providing for monthly distributions of sales and use tax proceeds and communications services tax proceeds to specified certified sports facilities; revises an income criterion for optional payments for eligible persons; deletes a repeal of a provision for optional Medicaid adult dental services; deletes limitations on optional Medicaid hearing and visual services for children only; provides for distribution of revenues to the Agency for Health Care Administration for dental, hearing, and visual services.
Effective Date: July 1, 2005.
