HB 1391 (2005) -  Economic Development Incentives

Requires the Department of Revenue to distribute specified sales tax revenues to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development; provides for deposit and use of such proceeds; specifies additional program purposes of the Economic Development Incentives Account in the Economic Development Trust Fund; establishes the Super Bowl incremental sales tax incentive program; provides a purpose; requires the department to determine the incremental increase in sales tax revenues attributable to the Super Bowl and to deposit amounts from the incremental increase into the Economic Development Incentives Account in the Economic Development Trust Fund; provides for discontinuance of the deposit; requires the office to transfer remaining moneys in the account from the incremental increase to the General Revenue Fund; specifies uses of such incremental increase revenues.
