General Bill
Blood Test/Alcohol/Drug Impairment [EPCC]:
requires law enforcement officer who has reasonable suspicion to believe that
motor vehicle driven by or in actual physical control of person has caused
death of human being to require that person to submit to blood test;
authorizes said officer to use reasonable force if necessary; requires that
blood test be performed in reasonable manner; provides that test need not be
incidental to lawful arrest of person. Amends 316.1933.
