SB 162 (2008) -  Veterans' In-state Tuition [SPCC]

Cites this act as the "Veterans' Tuition Assistance Act". Requires state universities and community colleges to waive 50 percent of the in-state tuition rate for veterans who meet certain criteria including, but not limited to, being a wartime veteran or having received an honorable discharge. Provides a cap of 110 percent on the number of required credit hours for which a tuition waiver may be received, etc.
