General Bill
Veterans' In-state Tuition Waivers [SPCC]:
Requires state universities and community colleges to waive 50 percent of the
in-state tuition rate for veterans who meet certain criteria, including, but
not limited to, receiving an honorable discharge, receiving a campaign or
service medal denoting service in certain combat theater of operations, and
specified enrollment, residency, and separation from service documentation
requirements, etc.
