General Bill by Detert (CO-SPONSORS) Richter; Gaetz
School District Funding [WPSC]: Authorizes a school district to expend certain funds from its operating budget as nonrecurring expenditures allocated by specific appropriation. Requires that each school board adopt a resolution finding that such funds are urgently needed to maintain school board operating expenses. Requires that the school board amend the school district's 2009-2010 operating budget by identifying the amount of funds to be expended. Provides for repeal, etc.
