General Bill by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means and Health and Human Services Appropriations and Peaden

Agency for Health Care Administration [WPSC]: Increases the assessments imposed on hospital inpatient and outpatient services and deposited into the Public Medical Assistance Trust Fund. Provides flexibility for nursing home facilities with respect to meeting minimum staffing requirements. Requires community-based providers to assist in the transition of enrollees and cease provision of certain waiver services by a specified date, etc.

Effective Date: 07/01/2010 except as otherwise provided
